Momence charges 3.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Wellspring uses Helcim interchange-plus pricing at around 2.2-2.5% for cards with no per-transaction fee. At $20K/mo in revenue, that's roughly $210/mo in savings on processing alone.
Can I export my data from Momence?
Yes. We help you export members, class history, and product data from Momence and import it into Wellspring. Most studios are fully migrated within 1-2 weeks.
Do members need to create new accounts?
We migrate member profiles and send a simple activation email so members can log in quickly. No one has to start from scratch.
Is Wellspring going to get acquired too?
